Our Gun Tech: WallToWallPaintball has one the most skilled gun techs in the country. Our head tech is factory certified from Dye, Planet Eclipse, and Smart Parts. He has also received one on one training from the head of technical from Angel Paintball Sports.
We are also an authorized warranty repair center for Planet Eclipse. So if your Planet Eclipse gun is still under warranty, and your gun needs warranty service, you only pay for shipping.
If it needs a part, we more than likely have it or can
get it for you. We often times have or can even get those old hard to
find parts. Maybe you just want your gun looked over and serviced by a professional before your next big game - We can do that too. A typical preventative service includes fresh seals in all of the high wear locations, a fire chamber, HPR, and LPR cleaning (if applicable), ball detent check, and a fresh lubrication. Our Pro-Shop regularly services all brands and models of paintball markers and hoppers. Whether it is old or new - we can fix it.
Tech Rates: We only charge a flat service fee plus the charge of the parts needed to make the repair. The flat service fee is dependent on the type of gun we are servicing for you. We never charge by the hour, by the half hour, or even like some do, by the quarter hour. If your gun needs parts totaling more than $10 to repair it, we will contact you for authorization before proceeding.
If your gun is gummed up with crap paint like that found at large chain department stores, you can expect to be charged an additional $10 service fee. Junk paint like that is not only a waste of your money, but it gunks up your gun and is extremely hard to clean out - hence the extra charge. We will contact you if we find said situation before we proceed.
Some repairs will require us to fire paint through the gun to ensure it has been properly repaired (almost always with cockers). Upon your approval, the cost of our most price friendly paint will be added to your fee. Any left overs will be returned along with your gun.
Electro-pneumatic guns (Dye, Proto, Planet Eclipse, Angel, SP, etc): $30*

Sending Your Gun In: We take care of almost everything for you. We even provide you with the shipping label to send your item in with. Since we receive special rates from UPS because of the volume of shipping we do, we pass along those savings to you (not applicable on expedited shipping methods.). If you wish to use your own shipping account, that is fine; but we prefer you use ours to ease in tracking. All you have to do is follow the steps below and you are on your way to having your gun serviced professionally.
1. Contact us to request an RA via the Contact
Us page
Include your gun brand, model, the problem you are experiencing, and shipping address.
2. Someone from our technical department will get back to you with your RA number and will issue you a UPS label to print.
3. Clearly mark the RA number on the box you ship your gun in.
4. Inside, include a note with all of your contact information and include the RA number again.
5. Attach provided label and send out via UPS.
When sending your gun to us, send the gun only. We do not need your barrel, tank or hopper!!! Be sure to pack it with plenty of padding to ensure no damage occurs in shipping. Be sure to include your name, phone number, full return address, and RA number.
WallToWallPaintball is not responsible for damage or loss incurred during shipping or for minor tools marks made (rare) that are necessary to the repair.
WallToWallPaintball.com will return your gun once finished and paid for. The return shipping fee will be added to your total bill (usually less than $12).

damage the internals trying to get it off at home? Afraid of what
4,500 psi of pressure might do if you take a wrench to it? Good,
that's what we're here for.
We service most brands of tank regulators (excludes Crossfire) and offer regulator swaps.
We also offer Tank Hydrostatic testing. The fee is $25 + return shipping pass or fail (we RARELY ever see a tank fail). Make sure the tank is completely empty before shipping!!!
